How to talk with your Guardian Angel / Divine Guide: 5 Steps.

If you would like to explore communicating with a personal divine guide or guardian angel, here are some steps that some people follow as part of their spiritual practice:

• Quiet your mind.
• Set an intention.
• Visualize.
• Listen.
• Reflect.

Quiet your mind: Find a quiet and peaceful place where you can sit or lie down comfortably. Close your eyes and take deep breaths, focusing on letting go of any thoughts or distractions.

Set an intention: Decide what you would like to communicate or receive from your divine guide. Formulate this intention in a positive and clear manner.

Visualize: Imagine yourself in a peaceful, safe, and loving environment where you can communicate freely with your divine guide. See yourself having a conversation with them, listening to their guidance, and feeling their presence.

Listen: Once you have set the intention and visualized the scene, be still and open to receive any messages that may come to you. These messages may come in the form of thoughts, feelings, or inner knowing. Be patient and listen carefully.

Reflect: After the meditation, take some time to reflect on any messages or insights you received. Write them down or share them with a trusted friend.
