Shamanism: The Oldest Spiritual Practice.
The oldest spiritual tradition practiced by humans is considered to be shamanism, which dates back over 40,000 years. It is a spiritual practice that is based on the belief that everything in the universe has a spirit and is interconnected, and it is found in many cultures and societies across the world, including in indigenous communities in Africa, Asia, Australia, North America, and South America.
However, it is difficult to pinpoint the exact origin of shamanism and where it was first practiced as it predates recorded history and was passed down orally from generation to generation. Some evidence suggests that shamanistic practices may have originated in the Paleolithic era in Asia, specifically in the region of present-day Mongolia and Siberia, and then spread to other parts of the world.
